3. What is the cancellation and refund policy for booked services?

All service bookings are final and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you can do so once, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice. If a service is canceled by the mentor, a full refund will be issued.

Some services, such as sound healing sessions, may involve physical touch as part of the therapeutic process. By booking these services, you consent to be touched appropriately by our certified facilitators during the session.

Returns of clothing and merchandise are managed through our partner, Printify. We do not handle returns directly. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Printify according to their return policy.
